I-Stream Video Player Specifications
I-Stream Video Player - Professional video client end software. Used to communicate with I-Stream Video Servers and Video Broadcast Centers. Controls and records 16 cameras.
Benefits:

Video Quality: A near-DVD quality at 25fps with resolution of 768x576 requires 1Mbps bandwidth. A video quality of 25fps with resolution of 512x384 requires 384 Kbps bandwidth. An average TV-grade video quality requires 256 kbps.

Voice Communication: I-Stream's CODEC technology generally keeps delays at below 0.2 seconds.

Hardware Requirement: A PC with and Intel or Celeronn processor, at least 600 Megahertz, running windows 98 or later. 20G hard disk space is sufficient to keep a full week's worth of 24/7 recording.

Mobility (Free Global Roaming): I-Stream's system can be used anywhere around the world as long as you have the network access, be it LAN or WAN.

Multi-windows Display: Supports multi-mode display including "OVERLAY" and "RGB", etc. One PC may visit multiple sites simultaneously (virtually no limit at all).

Expandability: Up to 16 video devices (Surveillance/conference cameras, Household TV, video camera, recorder, professional video cameras with AV or S output) can be controlled. Pan-Tilt-Zoom functions are standard.

Record and Replay: Record as you go. All recordings are time- and date-stamped. Replay with adjustable speed for quick search and review.
